January, the first chapter in our 366-day book (2024 is a leap year!!!), is traditionally a time for setting resolutions and goals. Yet, January also carries a somewhat dubious reputation when it comes to sticking to these well-intentioned aspirations. Why does this month, laden with the optimism of a clean slate, bear the burden of being associated with failed resolutions? And remember like mentioned above when we break goals down into smaller chunks it helps us build up our willpower, muscle, routine, strategy, knowledge, skill etc. in the area we are learning to flex.
